Bridge of Allan Highland Games is proud to announce the 2017  Chieftain will be the very talented Scottish sportswoman, Eve Muirhead.

A World Champion and Olympic Medallist, Eve  skipped the GB curling team at the Vancouver Olympics at the tender age of 19.  She represents and excels in all things Scottish; she is a world class curler, champion piper and a scratch golfer.

Her work ethic, talent and passion to succeed sets her apart from even her sporting peers.  March 2013 saw Eve Muirhead and Team Muirhead win the World Championships and 2014 saw them take Olympic Bronze, the youngest team to ever take home an Olympic medal, her current focus is the 2018 Winter Olympics in Pyeonchang in South Korea.

We are excited to have Eve on board.  We feel sure she will be an inspiration to all our competitors at the Games.
