The Kamloops Pipe Band Society
The Kamloops Pipe Band Society’s Pipe Major is Scot Kortegaard, and our lead tip is Andrew Robertson. The society was formed in the late 1960’s from the Legion Pipe Band. As proud ambassadors to the city of Kamloops, not only is the band competing at the Bridge of Allan Highland Games this year, but also at the World Pipe Band Championships in Glasgow

The Band of the Royal Air Force of Oman
The band has a pipe section of 13 pipers led by instructor Paul Warren in the position of pipe major. Paul formerly a piping instructor at the National Piping Centre, and Pipe Major of Lomond and Clyde Pipe Band, successfully guided the band from Grade 4B to the top of Grade 2 in only 6 years.
